Units range from single-person offices ($375/mo) to team suites for 2-4 people ($550/mo). All rents include everything — internet, utilities, parking, kitchen access. No setup fees, no build-out costs, no security deposit beyond first month.

What's the deal with the waitlist?
Is signing up on the waitlist a commitment?
No. It puts you in line to tour first when units are ready. You decide whether to lease after seeing the space.
When will I hear from you?
About 10 days before opening (mid-September), we'll email waitlist members in order to book a private tour slot for opening weekend. You'll have first pick of the 6 units ready at that point.
Are the units identical?
No. Sizes range from single-person offices (about 80 sq ft) to team suites (2-4 people, 150-200 sq ft). Rent scales with size — $375-$550/mo. Photos and specs available at the tour.
What if I want a unit but Oct 1 doesn't work?
Tell us your target date in the form above. The remaining 7 units come online through October. We'll match you to a unit that fits your timeline.
Is there a deposit to sign up?
No deposit to join the waitlist. Standard move-in cost is first month's rent — no first/last/security shell game.
Can I refer someone?
Yes — if you already rent from Focus Zone (or come with a referral from a current tenant), you'll be offered $375 credit against your first month for each new tenant you bring who signs.
